The Terminal

This is the only page on the site with real numbers on it. Prices come from CoinGecko’s public endpoint; once $SITCHY is deployed, token figures will come from DexScreener. Both are fetched in your browser, so what you see is what the API returned to you, not what we cached and told you about.

Where a value is not available, the terminal says so. It does not fill the gap. This is a lower bar than it sounds like and most dashboards do not clear it.

How the index is computed

The index is two numbers multiplied together. The market score is a weighted average of the components below, on a 0–100 scale where 100 is calm, liquid and boring and 0 means you are in a situation. Components whose inputs are unavailable are dropped and their weight redistributed across the rest — never defaulted to a flattering value. Coverage is the share of total weight that actually resolved.

index = market score × coverage

The multiplication is deliberate, and it is the one design decision here we would argue for. A metric named “situational awareness” cannot honestly report a high number while blind to a third of its own inputs, because not knowing things is exactly the condition it claims to measure. So missing data pulls the index down rather than being quietly waved through, and both factors are displayed separately so nothing hides inside the product.

Why the two confidence figures differ

Thesis confidence is 99.7%. It is hardcoded. It is not derived from data, it has never been backtested, and it does not move. It is there because it is what a confidence figure looks like in a document of this format.

Actual confidence is the computed index, which moves when the market moves and is marked down for every input the terminal cannot see. The gap between the two is the entire content of this website, and it is the one thing here we would defend in front of a committee.
